there is no regular bus service between bombay and lucknow. you can travel in sections by breaking journey. For example you can take buses from bombay to jaipur, jaipur to delhi,delhi to lucknow.

jokes apart it is not suggestable. better take train. travelling in india on long journey via bus is not exactly easy. the comfort is missing, there are no a/c buses on such route. search for train on indianrail.gov.in.
